Enrollment / Re-enrollment
Enrollment fees cover testing (diagnostic, reading readiness, preschool evaluation, etc.) and parent orientation training.
New Students:
For all ages (Preschool, Kindergarten, Grades 1 – 12):
- $150 for the first child
- $125 for each additional child
Due: $25 per child due with application (remainder due June 1 or the day of testing, whichever comes first)
Returning Students:
- Re-enrollment fee (all ages): $100 per child
Due: first school day in June
Tuition (2024–2025 school yr.)
- Preschool – Kindergarten: $1,500 yearly per child
($150 monthly per child) - Grades 1 – 12: $2,800 yearly per child
($280 monthly per child)
Extra charges apply for repeat PACEs and any PACEs used beyond the minimum 72 PACEs/year.
Payments are due August 1 and then on the first school day of the month from September to May. (Receiving payments in advance allows us to order, receive, and prepare materials for the first day of school.)
Post-dated cheques, cash, and e-transfers to hcstuition@gmail.com are encouraged.
Fundraising
Fundraising covers Student Activities costs (field trips, supplies for special activities at school, incentives and rewards, etc.). Families who do not wish to participate in the organized fundraising events are required to cover these Student Activities costs.
Yearly Student Activity fees (may vary):
- Under 7 years: $100 (preschool/kindergarten only; otherwise, $200 per student)
- Ages 7 to 12: $250 per student
- Ages 13 and up: $250 plus the cost of International Student Convention, approx. $1,500 (varies with location, plane ticket costs, etc.)
Students who join us after September will need to pay/raise the portional part of the fees for the months they are enrolled.
Uniforms
Affordable uniforms are available.

Hot Lunch Program (optional)
Hot lunch may be offered once/week for $4/lunch or at cost.
Ice cream sales (sometimes hot chocolate & cookies) may be offered on Fridays for $1 ea.
