Financial Information

Enrollment / Re-enrollment Fee

Enrollment fees of approximately $150 are due before testing and enrollment. Enrollment fees include all costs for testing and parent orientation.  Re-enrollment fees of approximately $100 at the time of re-enrollment. 

Tuition

Tuition is $250.00 per student per month. Students will be required to purchase affordable school uniforms. To try to keep our tuition as affordable as possible students are required to participate in fundraising events or pay a student fee.

Fundraising

Parents who do not wish to help with fundraising events will be required to pay a Student Activity Fee for each student they have enrolled.  Fees vary but are approximately:

  • Under 8 years of age: $150 per student
  • Ages 8 to 12: $200-$250 per student
  • Ages 13 and up: $200-$250 per student plus the cost of International Student Convention (I.S.C.) if applicable (approximately an additional $1,000 per student)

HCS tracks the amount raised by individual students/families.  If not enough is raised to cover the costs, the final trips of the year (I.S.C., end of year field trip, etc.) will need to be paid for by the parent/student.

There are numerous fundraisers throughout the year which may include Chocolate Bar sales, Pre-Christmas Variety Show, Bake Sales, PACE-a-thon, Singing Valentines, Convention Performance Show, Vesey’s bulb and seed sales, Spaghetti Supper.

Families have the option of participating in everything, or they may choose to only be involved in certain ones.
